quite the wait but, well worth it. i did have a quick email comm. with SOM here and it sounds like there was quite a bit of trouble with this release. To that end, big kudos to SOM for automatically including the fixed/updated flipbook without busting in to my nice n sealed box. It somehow got a little crunched in shipping, but everything in it is fine and what a great set of stuff!

Just got mine, so no worries. They are probably sending them out a bunch at a time. You will be notified when it gets sent. BTW, it came well packaged. Ordered the vinyl also and the design for both is excellent.

My guess is that those of us who have yet to receive our stuff probably had the merch that was defective, and had to be reprinted by whatever company did the work on that. It DEFINITELY would be nice to get an email that isn't of the "sorry that's not my department/area" stock. I have faith in DEP yet.

Experiencing the same thing. Charged but no merchandise or response. However, i am not too worried about it. My guess is that there are only a few people who are a part of this operation and they are probably really busy. I don't think they should have charged us before the day of shipping the product, but will eventually get through their workload. After all, they now have to replace misprinted booklets for those who have received product, just adding to their workload. I am going to wait a little more before calling Paypal.

Gee, I seem to have been billed too yet am experiencing the same problem as everyone else, namely not having any merch in my hand. Generally you'd expect a company to reply to emails sent over a week ago as well. This is why music gets downloaded "illegally," poor customer service that isn't worth the hassle.

i ordered this shit a month before op came out, still havent fuckin got it. it says confirmed and shipped, but no carrier. it has said this for weeks. better fix this shit season of mist. my best friend/fellow band member and guitarist colin works with wienman, and dnt think i wnt have a talk with ben himself and see if you guys dnt find yourself without dillinger on your merch list. no shit either guys.

i recieved this box today, as a birthday gift from a good friend. and i am wowed by it, the design is excellent. the beanie cap looks really nice, the flag is pretty huge and looks very nice, too. the rest is also nice, as is the cd which has a song on vinyl on one side (never seen that before). highly recommended product.
